DELIVERY & RETURNS
We ship to UK Mainland via 3rd party couriers including DPD and Royal Mail and as such we have no control over when they will deliver the goods
- ROYAL MAIL: All parcels up to 2Kg
- DPD: All parcels over 2Kg
UK Mainland – Includes: England, Scotland & Wales and ** Excludes: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Scilly Isles and Repuplic.of Ireland.

All deliveries must be signed for, therefore you will need to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Where a mobile number is provided and the courier offers the service, text messages will be sent to update you about your parcel.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, from Monday to Friday (excluding bank or public holidays.)
- Our Standard Delivery service is 1 working day to process an order and 2 to 3 days to arrive. For remote postcodes or harder to reach areas an additional 1 to 2 working days in transit may be required.
- All completed orders received by 3.00pm will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. Once orders have been dispatched, we are in the hands of third parties and cannot be held responsible for their services.
- Please be aware that all Baby Basic and More delivery options require a signature and we cannot, therefore, deliver to PO Box addresses or shipping agent addresses
- Please note that we are not liable for delivery failure where the incomplete or incorrect shipping address has been provided, this includes incorrect postcodes. The onus is on the customer to check that the information given is correct and a complete address is provided such as flat number, room number etc.
- In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers buying online have a right to withdraw from their contract within 14 days of receiving their goods and to receive a refund.
- Should you want to return a product please email or call our customer services team at the Contact Details set out below, quoting your order number and the reason for returning the item. Our Office hours are 9.00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- In the unusual event that a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or there are any discrepancies in your shipment, please report these to us in the first instant, within 48 hours of receipt. Please avoid signing for orders where packaging has been damaged in transit by Courier.
- Products being returned remain your responsibility until they arrive with us, so we strongly recommend you use our Return Labels and obtain proof of postage or that they are sent using a trackable shipping method that covers the value of the items.
- Pleased ensure all returned Items, (other then faulty or damaged in transit) are intact which means unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging
- The Cooling Off Period to return goods ends at the end of 14 days, beginning on the day after the recipient/customer received the goods. Should the goods be sent separately (part shipment) then the period extends to 14 days after the receipt of the last delivery.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Returned products and original shipping costs can only be refunded/replaced where incorrect goods have been sent in error or for goods found to be damaged or faulty. Under these circumstances we will also pay for your return postage.
- Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items. Where we consider that your handling of the goods has led to a decrease in their value, we reserve the right to reduce the amount that we refund to you (up to the value of the goods) to recover that loss in value.
- If Baby Basics and More received no notification from the recipient/customer after the Cooling Off Period of 14 days, the recipient/customer will be deemed to have successfully and satisfactorily received their order. We will therefore not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company and will regrettably be unable to refund or replacement an order.
